Importance of branding

I'm reminded of one day when I went shopping with the little prince.

He was grocery shopping using my money!

Nevertheless, he was happily picking out stuff, that would later be deemed unnecessary by me, then putting back stuff on shelves.

Suddenly, he has the bright idea to buy something for the father.

Me: What do you want to buy?
TW: Peanuts! The peanuts at home finished already.
Me: Owh.. *spots some peanuts* Here lah here, the peanuts.
TW:*looks* Oh noo... Pa wants that one like this de *Sticks up his thumb*
Me: ......................



In case you people don't eat peanuts, or unfamiliar with peanut brands. Here's what he was looking for:


Now that's what I call effective branding.


In the end, we didn't buy those peanuts cause he didn't see the pile of Hand Brand peanuts stacked higher than his eye level (LOL, yeah I saw them but did not tell him)
